Ministry Vision

To lead girls into achieving their full potential, spiritually, emotionally, socially and physically.
Guiding young women into their God given destinies.

To inspire, motivate and empower young women.
To train/facilitate content that educates and encourages self-worth.
To encourage life-long learning and continual personal development.
To lead young women to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
To enable young women to make quality decisions by making the right moral and ethical choices for their lives.
- To surrender them over to God by praying over them and teaching them to pray.
- To minister the word of God to them through workshops, talks and discussions at schools, camps and churches.
To impart skills to them e.g. cookery, baking, pottery.
To identify and take care of their other needs, e.g. financially, emotionally and in whatever way the Lord leads.

To teach on the following topics:

Winning attitudes – Motivate girls or young women into thinking positively about themselves and the strength and the potential they have.
To build healthy relations/ cultivating people skills.
Effective communication – Teaching girls or young women to communicate effectively with parents, teachers and all stakeholders.
Conflict resolution – Inculcating skills to resolve conflict amicably.
Developing qualities of servant leadership.
Gods call to lead – Help the girls to realise that they have more to give than what they believe.
Developing your leadership qualities.
Capturing and implementing your God given vision.
Priority management – Discussion on how to prioritise responsibilities, tasks compared to relaxation.
